Repairs in Guarantee  

you must verifie that the product is in guarantee:

  • You will have to facilitate the data and the invoice to us of the order with the original packing, verifying that have not spent two years from their acquisition.
  • The articles damaged, wet or with indications of to be struck or product shabby, will not be accepted within the guarantee.
  • Once transacted your repair in guarantee, we gather your device, when receiving we will verify it that it is the terminal adapted for the repair in guarantee and will come to his repair.

The steps to follow to request the repair of a product in guarantee are the following:

  1. Enter your orders via this link My Orders
  2. Enter in the order of the damaged product.
  3. Release a Ticket indicating and serial number of the product that will find in the lateral one of the box.
  4. Setting out in detail the causes of the breakdown product.
  5. To protect your privacy , remove the SIM card, microSD memory card and reset the device to factory settings (for applicable devices).

Upon receipt of the ticket, our support department will contact you to collect the product and follow repair.

If after receiving the product, if it was not under warranty , you can opt to repair it without warranties, conditions and prices can be seen accessing section Repairs.

Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days to return a product you bought in our store from the date of delivery, provided that the items returned are complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging , may be recoverable. Damaged , soiled or indications items have been used, will not be accepted.


To do this you must follow these instructions:

    1. To protect your privacy , remove the SIM card, microSD memory card and reset the device to factory settings (for applicable devices).
    2. Enter your orders via this link My Orders
    3. Enter in the product order and you will see a button to request the return of the product.
    4. Indicate in description box the problem as detailed as possible the reason for return.

Upon receipt of the ticket, our support department will contact you to collect the product and monitoring of the return.

Once we receive the return package , if the product is in perfect condition and with original boxes and accessories, we will refund the purchase amount.

The shipping cost of the return should be paid by the customer.
