You have 7 days to return a product you bought in our store from the date of delivery, provided that the items returned are complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging , may be recoverable. Damaged , soiled or indications items have been used, will not be accepted.
To do this you must follow these instructions:
- To protect your privacy , remove the SIM card, microSD memory card and reset the device to factory settings (for applicable devices).
- Enter your orders via this link My Orders
- Enter in the product order and you will see a button to request the return of the product.
- Indicate in description box the problem as detailed as possible the reason for return.
Upon receipt of the ticket, our support department will contact you to collect the product and monitoring of the return.
Once we receive the return package , if the product is in perfect condition and with original boxes and accessories, we will refund the purchase amount.
The shipping cost of the return should be paid by the customer.
